Warm, approachable, confidential and professional counselling.
I understand that it takes courage and commitment to face the things that cause us pain.
In our work together you will be met with warmth, respect and a deep valuing of your individuality.
I offer a gentle, safe and contained space where you can explore life’s difficulties without judgement.
My approach is always tailored to the individual you are.
Therapy may involve creative work, using a sand tray, or simply talking through the challenges you are facing.
Whether you have experienced counselling before, are returning after time away, or are considering therapy for the first time, it would be a privilege to accompany you on your journey.
“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be.
When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.’
I don’t try to control a sunset.”
Carl Rogers

What Is Counselling?
Counselling offers time and space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, confidential setting. It can help you understand yourself more clearly, work through difficulties, and begin to find a way forward.
There is no right or wrong way to come to counselling. Some people arrive with a clear reason, while others simply know that something does not feel right. Both are welcome.
